The rough draft is done and when I pulled it from Procreate into Clip Studio to start the final line art, I applied an orange gradient map layer. Gradient maps are wonderful! Those blue tones chilled out and the whole thing is way more unified. Look at what a difference it made!
Thus continues my streak of sneaking Margarines into everything I paint.
I'm going to share the process of making @DnDnDPod's S4 logo as it goes. The left was my first 2am ipad-sketch-in-bed and then I started refining. I like working the values first to be sure the composition works when tiny.

Put a finger down if you've ever gone to send a painting to your printers but then decided to tweak it a little but in the file you noticed an invisible layer that had notes about what wasn't finished and now it's 2 days later and you've basically painted a new painting. 🐸🤙
