The game looks ugly as sin nowadays, but to 13 year old me stepping out into the world after leaving the vault felt incredible. I specifically love the main city area, which has some reinforced buildings still standing.

The Rapture - Super Meat Boy.

By far my favourite world in the game, it's quite a shocking deviation from the gory but cartoony nature of the game, depicting a landscape filled with pure suffering, something that not even the previous world set in literal hell showed much of.
