A live-action remake for ‘MOANA’ is in the works at Disney.

‘Epic Mickey’ director Warren Spector revealed in 2015 that he wanted to make a movie based on the game series:

“I put together a trailer and a budget and had a team lined up to make a film, but Disney didn't bite. I REALLY wanted to make that movie…”
