So the mouth of the bottle is blocked with a small marble. The bottle also comes with a small peg. Using the peg you push the marble into the bottle so you can drink the soda.

So there was a tumblr thread that used that for a joke. It then escalated as someone mistook the couch for a centaur body, someone pointed out they used ace flag colors, and ultimately the live action actor for Shaggy gave it his blessing on twitter.
