I'm aware of recent illustrations made to look like they're screenshots from 80s to 90s #anime. But most examples are... yeah. (Pic not mine, but OP has a point.) #Batang90s

@Zynk_Oxhyde With GBC palettes, Choice A makes it so that her dress and accessories are red (though her face and body don't match).

Using the lightest shade for her whole face makes things consistent, but her eyes lose detail and it can also raise issues in other sprites (e.g. 1UPs).

Besides Niho, another one of my characters drew inspiration from Cream. @CyberiaHeart got the swirls in her mane and tail thanks to her.
