I took a look at the drawing and I didn't like a bunch of things and forgot others so I did a quick edit
First off I changed the neck, I honestly didn't like how it turned out so I made it more fluffy and made more anatomy accurate

did the line art and painted with flat colors, I'll search for some vids to learn how to add shadows and stuff and then practice in it
