Really wanted to do some handpainted textures so this character was perfect! The toon lines were a little fiddly but I'm happy with the final result. Always learning!

A quick rough sculpt of a crested gecko head from the other week! Nice and relaxing, I should do these more often 😌

Did you know that bearded dragons (and other reptiles) use the bone structure at the front of the neck called the hyoid, combined with the muscles attached to them to give them the ability to flare their beards?

I worked on him with guidance from my awesome mentor. I've since migrated to other tasks so I'll continue working on him in my off time. It reinforced how much I enjoy modelling and its challenges. I'll be a pro eventually 💪
