Total completion time came to about 6-8 hours. I've made some notes to myself below about how I should approach the painting process moving forward.

the other 2 views took like 3 days, i still have 5 more views to go to finish my isometric character

i sketched this character again last month, after making a lot of design changes

came back to hollow knight's 5th pantheon after half a year and look what happened

close-ups as well, because twitter crop is being dumb

here is my reference sheet for this animation, i hope to reach this level of detail in the final work. it includes some notes about different character configurations and appearances.

i'm super excited for #HollowKnightSilksong after it was announced yesterday! here's a quick run cycle animation of hornet i did for the occasion.
