Crystal Dynamics initially planned for the 2013 reboot of #TombRaider to have a survival horror focus. Early concepts revealed last year showed the pure talent & creativity of artists at the studio.
Embracer Group giving them more creative freedom can be an exciting prospect.
Despite news of Studio Onoma's unfortunate closure by Embracer Group, Crystal Dynamics has clarified that development on Tomb Raider: Reloaded will continue.
No further news at this time. The game looks to honour the #TombRaider franchise — hopefully we can all play it someday.
BREAKING: Studio Onoma, publisher of Lara Croft GO and the upcoming Tomb Raider: Reloaded, has been closed by Embracer Group.
Onoma rebranded 3 weeks ago. Embracer hopes to focus on console and PC gaming instead of mobile.
