The expression on Yoshitsune's face as he looks up to the sky shows his complicated emotions.

With his path blocked by his pursuers, Yoshitsune decided to hide himself in Yoshinoyama mountain, a place where is forbidden to women, and had no choice but to bid farewell to his beloved Shizuka Gozen.

追っ手に道を閉ざされ、女人禁制の吉野山に身を隠す事にした義経は、最愛の静御前に別れを告げる他道がありませんでした。天を仰ぐ義経の表情に複雑な思いが窺えます。

It seems to have been created in response to the fact that the tea ceremony, which had previously been a taste of men, began to spread to women during the Meiji period.
