@katylcowan A lovely mentor cheerfully told me "You will never feel ready. No-one feels ready!" and that really did the trick!

I also like to think of that 'imposter' voice as belonging to someone else (like an evil twin?!)... it somehow makes it easier to decide not to listen to them!

I've just got a lightbox, and think it's going to be a lot of fun :)
