She's a #mood 🔥 Biggest hype for me is these prints are archival! Printed on 308gsm, Hahnemühle Photo Rag (100% cotton) paper w archival inks that can last 100 YEARS. (That's a Legend of Zelda nap time)
Printed by GENTA Art Prints! Check em out (and me too😊) #supportlocalph

DOORKEEPER: Chapter 2 snippets. Oh these childhood memories.😭💔
Written by @daschuapital and @scottleechua
Snippets of my work on DOORKEEPER: Chapter 2 which is all about childhood nostalgia, magic, and wonder set against the backdrop of WW2. 💔

First few panels of the Interlude chapter I illustrated for DOORKEEPER. I realize now that, despite having an inscrutable door for a face, I drew him looking pretty forlorn in the last panel. Immortal beings need friends too!

This was a real leap forward! Hello, #paintover! I didn't work on this book officially, but it was my entry to @ang_INK in 2016. It was really everything I could throw at the time. I was very nervous & struggling with a lot of other things — it showed! But I got in anyway.🥺
Sharing a little #paintover preview since @emeldraws mentioned it. Here's a glow-up for a book I illustrated for @AdarnaHouse . This is 2019 vs 2016, respectively. Although the styling is vastly different, I felt the original cover needed a lot more pop. Great experience though!
Something sweet & something unfinished — made these fun paintings a while back inspired by @keiacedera's Creative Cloud demos. I had just realized I didn't have to be so precise w my marks; that play is important. Such a simple thought, but it really changed a lot for me.
Cover glow up for "Pahiram!" — a book I worked on with @AdarnaHouse for the IFC. I just wanted to gauge the difference between my 2020 vs 2016 skill set. A lot's changed!
