CrisTales

CrisTales is a sadly overlooked masterpiece. A beautiful lush world, compelling characters, time travel and manipulation mechanics that make sense and overall an amazing love letter to classic JRPGs . Video games are art.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney

I really enjoyed this, first time I’ve looked at the series despite owning all of them. It’s fun solving each case and finding the clues , the in the dick meltdowns however are probably one of the best things I’ve ever seen.

Bayonetta

Never finished this before as I suck at spectacle fighters but I had fun blasting through it on easy until it’s “climax” earlier this month . It’s fun , it’s fast, it’s full of insane fan service and while it’s a bit dated holds up relatively well.

Kena is beautiful and while it’s combat is brutal and punishing it provides an interesting contrast to its relaxing exploration of a visually stunning world. The game gave me Okami feels, always a good thing.
