After a week of clearing the house & getting ready for it be on the market, it was nice to sit down yesterday and spend the day on this one.

It’s been a busy weekend and this week is going to be busy with lots of house guests, honestly seeing more people in 7 days then I’ve seen in 18 months! Can’t wait though. Means not much time to paint, but did manage to finish this one.

Been putting this off for so long. I scrapped my original in on A1, it just wasn't working. Thusnis V.2! Keeping it loose and using a background wash. This is the first wash which now needs to dry before i come back to it.

Final touches made, I rather like this one. It reminds me of our old boy, Dino who we lost many years ago. A massive dog with a heart and personality to match his 14st.
