Shorty squad is a mess but as they are both levels above what they may seem and even if Hiyori doesnt want to do work; they get work done well as she was in the squad that became research and development

Captain Byakuya's lieutenant: Izuru Kira
Rukia's brother is always going to be prideful of his clan while still being a cold on the outside- Izuru would follow responsibilities for nobles perfectly and still be edgeboi tm with a hint of cute expressions

Captain Shinji's lieutenant: Shuhei Hisagi
He is still very close to Kensei but was rather under squad 5- he and Shinji are very dynamic characters who go from badass to very fun and work well as CFYOW fighters events

Captain Genryusai's lieutenant: Kaien Shiba
Kaien has a strong heart and mind and is a major character in this version so he becomes the strong squad 1 lieutenant- always in between high responsiblity and having to help Rukia(Chojiro can be central 46 head)
