Most folks chose "bullet hell arena" which I like, although I don't see it used much in descriptions or tags.

Based on user-defined Steam tags, something like "bullet hell action roguelike" makes sense (but too wordy IMO).

1. What did well? (and why do you think that is)
2. What did not do so well? (+why?)

Get a feel for that then make a post about your game. Then make a better post next month!
