@SerafineLea Nice to meet everyone! I'm Rory (she/they), this year I had a cancer scare that turned out well (phew) but still had to have my whole thyroid removed about two weeks back. I enjoy drawing animals, people and creatures, and have been trying to learn sculpting!

Here's a closeup, because I'm quite happy with how their held gazes turned out ;; I tried really hard to capture that tenderness between lovers, and the sense of the world disappearing around you!

Well, I guess it's finally time I posted this. You can see from the date it was made quite a while ago, but only today have I actually felt the closure to post it in such a public platform.

Today, July 17th, I had my thyroid removed due to a large, possibly cancerous nodule 🧵
