After ch. 70 this color page suddenly makes *totally* sense.
I always wondered *why* it felt like 2 separate illustrations were pieced together, while all the other color pages are seamless along their vertical half.
It was trying to warn us about what would've happened.

Lol, while I was rewatching the OP1 of Clear Card, I smirked because....there you go. From ch. 69...they did it again 🤭it's nice how the CC imagery and themes keeps being consisent between anime & manga even 5 years later.
They did this with the rose theme too.
