Dewgong is just yhe worse Water/Ice type. I think with a 475 base total that a 3rd stage is well deserved.

Lapras/Cloyster/Wahlrein all got buffs yet Dewgong haben’t got snythibg since gen 5 HA not even a expanded movepool with neither Scald nor freeze dry.

I can’t wait for Hisuan Arcanine

While its a shame it didnt get Rock head and head smash

It still is a terrefying and rather rare speedy offensive Rock type!
