We were inspired by this article from @BBCScotlandNews about Edinburgh-based Alison Kinnaird, who was rejected by art school in her youth, and prevailed to become a world-renowned glass artist. Today, Alison describes the rejection as ‘the best thing that ever happened to me’.

Today's the last day to catch 'The Art Room' at Inverness Creative Academy, and 'Freedom to Flow' at Perth Creative Exchange before we change exhibitions.
