I'm not sure where I learned this from but if you wake up in the morning and your nose is plugged from the cold or allergies, try doing 10 pushups. It clears me up right away

When I was “cleared” they were like yea you are prob intolerant to this antihistamine. I’m like but I still have allergies … they never followed up and I had to use the same antihistamine a few times and it didn’t make me feel like I was about to die. So yeah…
