commission of a tamandua, a type of anteater, wearing a somewhat gothic outfit as this anteater's markings already resemble a waistcoat! this was a fun idea! #illustration #petportrait

Highlights from today's drawstream: designing 5 planes that would probably never be able to sustain flight, drawing an anteater from memory (explains why it has some sort of mane...) and to finish it all off with some futuristic soldier dude!
@Cyclopes_sp you are forcing me to do human arms, you hate
or you mean silky anteater???
Silky Anteater
Silky Anteaters use their claws to dig into ant nests to eat roughly 5,000 ants each night; they also eat other insects and small beetles. Their tongue has a thick mucus coat making ants stick to it.
@astralis00 I’m in the process of making a proper ref for her newer appearance, but — she is an anteater! She used to be an echidna. She wears the same gloves/shoes.
Plum :D
(This is not a full-fledged design, but his name is Tasman the Anteater xd) https://t.co/DVA8aM0Hhr
anteater fact! they actually have long faces so they can kiss. did you know that. okay done with anteater things 4 today sorry im ill
here i found out anteaters have poor vision so i gave him mouse-drawn glasses
Giant Anteater
Giant anteaters walk on their knuckles to protect their long, sharp claws they use to dig into anthills. They will eat around 30,000 ants and termites every day but they will never completely empty a mound so the colony can recover until they return.
Always enjoyed the Anteater concept from LBP1.
Kinda of a quick drawing
