A Voormis from an upcoming saga. Clark Ashton Smith describes them as "dog-like" but also prehuman, so my assumption is that in fact the Voormis are evolved from lemurs - which would account for their seeming combination of dog-like and primate characteristics.

It's based on a mistranslation of their 1e appearance where they were described as having "dog-like features, with a barking voice". So when the system went overseas, Kobolds basically became Dog People whose size ranged from halfling height to human height.
