I would say she's in a league of her own. Regardless of the medium; Chisato is aware of her sexuality and is in command of it in ways most characters/readers/viewers dream. The only character that has the potential to rival or surpass her is her expy Mika Oogami.

Copyright law is fucked up and needs to be re-written at this point, if you made characters or stories attached to an IP, it shouldn't have separate ownership.

People have abused this system to insulting degrees where even an "expy" that's similar in any way isn't allowed.
