Her evo does have that bow, but it doesn't seem to be tartan or it's at least very simple and unlike the other Keions it isn't grey.
So maybe that in the concept will match the other girls pattern more, since it's supposed to resemble/reference the Manga Sakuragaoka High skirt

Got Sawako with my first ticket after doing the 300 gem discount summon.
Which also means I've now got all the Keions again.
