The most stylized features obviously being the face. You can easily tell an Ayami Kojima piece just by looking at the eyes, eyebrows, nose, and lips. But more importantly the shading. Ayami Kojima often tends to shade things with the light source coming from directly in front.
@skryypt @CEOOfGeno @TigheSammy you should see Ayami Kojima’s art of Castlevania, she’s been doing gorgeous official artwork for that series forever
an inspiration.
as a matter of fact, the animated series’ art style is very much inspired by her artwork

Quick portrait of
Ryan Karazija, who passed away 29/10/22 vocalist for Low Roar.
I like to imagine how much music Kojima went through before finding the perfect fit that was Low Roar.
Thank you for the music.

Most alarmingly, it seems that the shot of Richter looking over his shoulder in the Nocturne teaser is directly traced from one of Kojima's illustrations of Hector (thank you to @valmnera for the overlayed edits):
Kojima's designs can also be seen in other characters, most notably Dracula, Lisa, Hector (and Isaac, who is just wearing Hector's outfit for some reason), and the portrait of Leon. Trevor's eye scar originated with Kojima's design for him in Curse of Darkness, too.
With his flowing blond hair, historically influenced clothes, and flashy gold details, Kojima's design for Alucard was a hit with fans, and has served as the basis for Alucard's design in pretty much everything since then- Including the cartoon.
richter and maria's designs in nocturne taking inspiration from how ayami kojima redesigned them for the dracula x chronicles makes me SO giddy and excited
Happy Holiday for every SAMONE🎄👍👍👍
