It's Today is Golduck!

It looks like a combo of a duck & kappa, a humanoid Japanese river monster in folklore with webbed hands & feet. Given the beak shape I think it looks like its combined with a diving duck, a merganser! Cool combo!

Their relationship is totally friend group/older siblings picking on somebody smaller and I absolutely adore it. It's very pure and I think with Queen Neth definitely needing to come out of her shell more, potentially warm up to Kappa, these moments make it all so much better!

I have to say, Kappa's line of dialogue is one of my favorite flustered romantic tropes, just the "Pfffffft-what?" XD I love it! Also, Kappa, you dumb, you don't need to steal Siren's heart, you did that in like the first 10 episodes of season 1, but 10/10 for effort
