Eliza Eden is a secret police agent and Octavia’s biggest rival, as she is the one responsible for making sure Octavia doesn’t flood the entire city in her flab. She’s mostly serious and is the foil to Octavia’s outlandish personality.

It's just a shitty design choice, doesn't matter the outlandish context. The IDW comics have deliberately not used this approach. This isn't targeted at OP because this is something the series itself has done with The Next Mutation, where basically everything looked awful

Admittedly some designs are a tad too outlandish.
Keoaruboru for instance would need a quite severe redesign since as it is, it kinda looks like a Final Fantasy monster.
redesign may look a bit like Gaismagorm tbh, since most of it will be beefing up the muscles and nerfing horns

What's in the pumkin?
Bizarre, outlandish and downright wrong answers wanted.

While Tae may act like a childish brat, Moe matches her too, in just being plain oblivious.

Being soft-spoken and strange, Moe Kanzaki moves to her own whims but lacks any form of common sense

Another outlandishly weird character that ended up being likable in the strangest way

Commish of Shanko! Love her very outlandish design. Stronk and cheerful mime lady Wolverine!

Various archaeologists found this moss covered sacred statue in an outlandish part of the island 🏝️

They will try to excavate this stone giant to reveal its petroglyphs, but they don't know that the Cora tribe members are slowly sneaking up on them...

These were generated from "undervalued torpid gimmicky blandishment". I can't take any credit, here. I'm just sifting through random visualizations of the collective unconscious, at this point.

Fun fact: this style is based on Netherlandish altarpieces, avant-garde, medieval amber icons and my normal style, which officially makes these two pieces the craziest things I’ve ever drawn

Listen as the fox slowly and deftly unbinds his whole pack of tricks—his flattery and fine words, his warm and sugary russet charm, his bold-faced blandishments.

Getting new arts of Solandis has been slow.

So to fill this gap for now, I've been playing around with Koikatsu.
Made an attempt at Solandis myself, downloaded a scene that looked nice.

Have a picture.💙
