Great question.

While I don't like it, making just one character feel lifelike is a ton of work, let alone entire planets, so I understand why some people default to it.

It's also easier to think of a place as "that planet". Saves a lot of time.

Since I'm on a Buzz kick I felt like I should get her current design down proper. She's got a casual set of limbs for everyday use and an armed set for The Business. She's also got a lifelike texture (;_;) set, as you've seen, but they're kinda delicate.
