Noel Brannan 1921-2001 b. Tynemouth, trained at Lincoln School of Art & Leicester College of Art. He painted industrial landscapes, often in Warwickshire & the East Midlands and despite a full time career as an art teacher, he still managed to exhibit his work quite extensively.

Michael Thomas was born in Leicester, the East Midlands of England, in 1965. His work is heavily influenced by artists such as Pieter Bruegel, Hieronymus Bosch and Francisco Goya. Thomas' style of illustration is realist / surrealist with a a gothic feel.
