While being Fen's son he grew up to be very kind which caused some problems in the octarian army, especially with Kassandra.
His design was actually quite different as well since he wasn't always male!

Meet Hao Huay, Fen's older brother.
He was a former sniper in the octarian army but after being ambushed and losing his eye he couldn't do it anymore and paints now instead.
He is a very caring person and he might have already stolen a heart~
Some interesting things about the Dedf1sh episode:
The plot was originally very different
Dedf1sh (and a couple sanitized Octarians) would’ve come out into Inkopolis, and try to destroy Crystal
So to keep her and the city safe, they have to take her away to somewhere safe⬇️
Aside from Octarians, Inklings and Octolings, we also have the Salmonids, which are very cute unless you find any that bite you.
