So to artists that color your outlines...
Do you color them as you go? Like as you draw them?
Do you go back and recolor them after?
Or do you use a clipping mask on your outline layer to color them?
I use a clipping mask. It works well enough
I waffled on even sharing this, but this is pretty much depression choking my creativity when I try to be productive...
Normally I'd just quit if the outline didn't please me, but I just kinda kept going.

I'm quite happy with the combination of a marker outline and watercolor
there is something about illustrations that has the colouring slightly going out of the outline, and has the watercolour/sketchbook look that i really like
