Cistercian houses had a set Plan Dundrennan Abbey (Dumfries & Galloway) HS info board. Newbattle (Dalkeith) my watercolour 1991 & Alan Sorrell's reconstruction of Melrose. For some reason Melrose was a backwards Plan. Even Byland (Sorrell) in England followed the usual site Plan

So apperantly there were Columbian mammoths in Alaska (Most likely during interglacial times) so here's a speculative reconstruction for the hair coating the northern most morph might've had.

Indeed, the way in which AC simulates the past has grown in complexity together with the series' success. Compared to more recent entries like Origins, Odyssey, and Valhalla, the first AC seems simplistic both in its virtual reconstruction as on its treatment of historical info
