Sayuki is a mermaid/goddess of freshwater that can switch between having a tail and having legs. She is bubbly and a bit clumsy due to her “sea legs”.
Her brother is named Takehiko.

The core of Kuzumi Masayuki's creativity appeared in Groovy Sukiyaki, but it was curiously sophisticated in Kodoku no Gourmet.
In Zubora-meshi, Kuzumi's original taste came back. It met Etsuko Mizusawa's style and became a weird amalgam.
It's a pretty good manga.

It's amazing how voice actors in Japan appear in so many different anime. I just found out that Ayana Taketatsu is not only the voice of Kotori Itsuka in Date A Live but also Sayuki Tokihara in Hensuki, Leafa in Sword Art Online-
