Ex-Nomad specifically used to be part of the Wraiths Nomad clan. Didn't entirely like their ways and left for Night City. Joined a Mercenary crew run by another OC named Hektor. Vax has commitment issues due to loosing the first person he ever loved.

Vaccines don’t cause your ribs and muscles to smoosh your veins/arteries/nerves. It’s a combination of injury due to repetitive motions and your anatomy being unfortunate (and for some an extra rib is involved) it’s entirely a physical defect. Covid vax doesn’t cause EVERYTHING
