@yoshiiteru Were they transparent when you posted them? Twitter is giving them a background but it messes up with semi transparent parts eg if you airbrushed somewhere twitter picks it up sometimes (gonna test it here)

vector art is much easier to apply to a range of products and such; example I always think is if I need to put Sonic on the side of a skyscraper, a vector would cut it much better than 1000x1000 airbrushed art

- The lineart is a lot better than anything else.
- The shading is terrible or minimal, perhaps airbrushed. (Or there’s none at all.)
- The artwork shows little understanding of colour theory.

You start off with a sketch, then you lineart it grey, and flat. Then you shade it as usual with airbrushes (use the select tool to mask stuff quickly)

I love using the Copic airbrush. Only downside is that marker can’t be applied where it was airbrush. It breaks up the airbrushed ink.

Does anyone have any good examples of this just-moving-to-digital, y2k, plasticy laminated-looking anime look? Like airbrushed/cool toned shadows, some slight colors outside the lines from an early fill tool, smooth faces etc I have trouble describing the look but it's there
