This is the of white flowers on white paper are always tricky - use pencil, leaves behind petals, or incredibly pale colour tints (like here). You have to balance detail with keeping petals clean and white.

Unlike the gradation between a lot of colours, yellow to red is very forgiving as the warm oranges of the overlap are really pretty hues.
