I may be biased for Charmander, but bc imo he's genuinelly THE cutest appearance-wise. However, voice-wise, it's definitely Oshawott. And when it comes to antics, Popplio and Sobble. Fennekin is 2nd cutest to me. Biased for Chiko and Mudkip is cute but also 💙 his color comb.
