Effigia means “ghost”, since it wasn’t found in excavated rocks until decades later! Though it looked like a dinosaur, it wasn’t. being part of a group of reptiles called the Shuvosaurs, which were closer to crocodilians. Seems pretty sus to me!

This is D-Rex, my big crocodilian. He's born in 1981, in the Bronx, New York. A retired Navy SEAL, now a defense contractor. The picture on the left is more what he looked like as a SEAL (slightly skinnier, etc.), and the picture on the right would be what he looks like now.

Archosaur of the day!
Sillosuchus longicervix is a species of shuvosaurid Paracrocodylomorph from the Late Triassic in what is now South America. The closest modern relatives of sillosuchus, and shuvosaurids in general, are crocodilians.

Since "Mesozoic crocodilian" came in a close second in my poll I thought I'd paint the fascinating crocodylomorph Armadillosuchus. Likely a land-dwelling, burrow-digging armadillo-armoured, crocodile-like animal, it had forward pointing lower teeth and was omnivorous.

I want to update my Agony.

I feel like I made her too human looking. I want to give her a more of a bird-look since Scream has a snake thing going on, Lasher will have a mantis type look, and Riot is sorta Crocodilian.

I want like a Red Harpy crossed with a Pain Elemental.
