This is Hope, a little fruit bat that belongs to a friend from #twitch.
Fun bat fact: These bats have large eyes and excellent vision! They use both echolocation and their sight to get around.

Her armor motif is based from Bertholdia trigona, a species of moth that infamous for echolocation jamming against bats
Bats and dolphins evolved echolocation in the same way (down to the molecular level). An analysis revealed that 200 genes had independently changed in the same way and this is an extreme example of convergent evolution https://t.co/70u8woAg5k

working on Null's monster form! I imagine her being a gangly bat/cat/ape sort of creature
she uses echolocation to get around and senses smell thru her palate. Can't fly with those tiny chicken 'wings', but uses them to glide and pick up speed! Hind legs are the grabby ones
@marsanj47 Imagine playing #Daredevil in the same way Arkham is designed for #Batman. Now imagine a game called “Hell’s Kitchen” w/ an open-world map system for #NewYork similar to @Ubisoft’s #Chicago in “Watch Dogs.” Imagine still a system that simulates Murdock’s echolocation & Billy Club
Hyopsodus is an extinct odd-toed ungulate that may have been able to use echolocation.

My first coloured OC :') I've always imagined her as a blind elf who gets around using echolocation.
#Dolphin melon is an adipose mass that helps in echolocation.
