Onu represents the constant flow that exists in the worlds we interact with. Night and day, time itself, are subject to a constant flow. Ever expanding and reaching out constantly, Onu is one with all that flows.

Quick demo I did in response to a question about workflow. R==>L Basically I start with a big hard multiply brush at low opacity to get massing w/ the eraser to clean up edges and highlights. I'll paint over this in a more conventional way in a wider tonal range

I think from July onward I finally got a bit more comfortable with my workflow. I’ve gotten faster at posting stuff, but for my next short term goal I’d like to be quick enough to finish stuff within 3-4 days~ 🙏

1. First ever render
2. Render, overpaint by hand
3. Render, semi manual overpainting
4. Mixer brush & poems as subtext
