Once you get into the swing of things, and successfully get your foot in the freelancing door; it can be so easy to get complacent. Don't stop your studies even if you are getting solid work! Resting on your laurels means others will eventually catch up and leave you in the dust.

Overwhelmed or easily distracted by social media? I certainly do. Set times of the day to surf, post, schedule and do your "paperwork". Set work times to be work and only get on to ask clients for additional info. Otherwise, it is YOUR time to jam!
