Rope Man from Sekiro is made of Shiminawa Rope.
It symbolizes a cloud (see pic 2 with the lightnings) and is a bridge to the heavenly realm.
This is the same idea behind Goku's cloud.

For me Personally I just don't care for any of the Palette Swap forms Aesthetically & SS God for me always reminded me of a less badass Kaioken w/ dyed hair cuz Ive always loved Manga Kaioken when Goku's eyes went Red whenever he used it.
