I really really admire character designs that feel very complete and distinct. There's no formula to it, it just feels perfect or it doesn't. To me Kerero's design is on par with Mickey Mouse or Hello Kitty. It represents its own aesthetic so wholly and confidently.

Trying to create less work for yourself leaves you with the nagging feeling of trying to spruce it up, to make each reuse more distinct. That or you bungle the shortcut you try and make. Either way, just as much time spent as a rhetorical 'normally-produced page'
@solomons_alley I am actively stumped on trying to make this guy more visually distinct. I like the idea of having his cybernetic limbs be another color, but idk about the hair, etc.

Common Wombat has short bobbed gray hair that gets slightly lighter at the ends. It has a dark oval spot in the middle. She has blue irides with highlights, indicating her species is not extinct. Unlike other Friends, she has slightly tanned skin.
@shareocs I really like Ball Girl because it feels simple and yet really distinct. Plus the light blue and purple colour scheme was a really great idea. Really good contrast.
