My entry for the contest. I decided to do a kimono themed entry and incorporate Elira's color palette. I also added in theme of the sky/clouds/sun to fit her solar dragon motif. The umbrella is both Elira's other eye and PIKL.

Using materials from local flora, this thin fabric is to be worn only by those anointed to activate the conduit. The village insignia is prominent in the design. A pearl hanging from the centerpiece was picked for its shape.

Dragonrider Elira (believe me when I say I came up with this before Selen's debut)
An outfit based on a mix of an fighter pilot and horse riding outfit. There's just enough equipment for convenient comfortable riding in high altitude heights.
