May I possibly suggest PNGtubing? There’s piccrew that are free and commercial that you can set up to be reactive (opening and closing mouth) through discord that is low effort and you can even set hot keys for different expressions! My DMs are open if you have questions!

drew the original Cheez when I needed an avatar for my general internet usage (first & third), refined Cheez into a PNG for pngtubing (second) and drew my final model (fourth), and Mr_nico on Fiverr rigged my model.
