It's Lickish! The leafs are known to have a flavor, but seems it ends up being random tastes at each leaf. Lickish are known to eat their leafs if they do not find other food to eat. Only issue is that they're kinda hard to reach them. Talk about a tongue twister.

This design was very difficult to get right but I think I did well in the end! This Pokémon is born blind and it channels its psychic powers through its bone staff to "see" its surroundings.
