A bit of his design was mainly on a whim, the main inspirations for Tank were Nemesis from RE3, The Executioner from RE, then I remembered how gruesome the anime Blood C got with its gore- and that became the base line for how violent/cruel Tank would be. ---

A highlight of RE3 is switching to Carlos to find a cure for Jill in the hospital. The remake added more horror, fetch questing and extended the lab-basement portion greatly. Yet the original has fantastic music and more satisfying puzzles.

Also they toned down Jill Valentine in RE3, censored camera shots and outfits in SF5, minor censorship in Capcom Fighting Collection, censored RE4VR and looks like they are toning down Ashley in RE4R.
That being said RE6 's Lady D was impressive and SF6 looks promising.
