Gave finishing a piece on procreate another chance and I got pretty far but its still a pain. This is my take on charmander. inspirations come from mayan iconography, baby salamanders, and the sun. I added the blue because i think blue tongue skinks are cool.

I forgot about them! They were supposed to be part of a cartoon death match. Characters from different eras would be sucked to a dimension to fight. There would be Looney Tunes type characters, a He-Man type, etc… but the Salamanders and this guy were as far as I got.
