I've decided to make my own sourdough. The dough is now 'resting' for 24 hours, which is what I'm going to do after the work out I had mixing the bloody thing!
Like a lot of folks, I started baking bread during all of this. I can’t do much about the world outside, or the effects it’s had on my industry, and career at the moment.
I can make a pretty killer loaf of sourdough though.
